Inverter technology
According to the ambient temperature the unit chooses the best frequency automatically. The inverter air conditioner saves 50% time than the ordinary one to reach the same set temperature.
Powerful heating capacity
This air conditioner is equipped with high efficiency compressor and heat exchanger, provide you a comfortable space within eight minutes.
Comfortable—constant temperature 0.5°C
After reach the set temperature, the air conditioner keeps operation in low speed, adjust the frequency and air volume apropos. Even more, the unit keeps the room temperature constant. The change of room temperature will not exceed 0.5°C from the set temperature.
High efficiency, saving 30% power energy
By logical micro computer control, to adjust the speed of operation, which keep the air conditioner operation in an economical mode because inverter air conditioner can successfully avoid the frequent START/STOP operation of ordinary one.

Dear Daren,
I cannot find your purchase reference on our system anywhere, did you purchase under a company name or has it been purchased under someone else’s name?
As for the Dual 12000 we have sold out of the units and as such do not carry any stock, just spares for warranty.
If you can tell us when you purchased it, and what the purchase name we may be able to help you!

hiya. I bought an a/c from you a number of years ago model kfr26gw/bp unfortunatly my grandson stood on the remote and the display lcd is broken do you have a replacement and at what cost

Heelo, we have a Dual MilleniumAir KFr34G unit installed in 2004 by a sub contractor to yourselves.
In the interim it has not been serviced and we have mislaid any operating instructions with which we were supplied. Can you help with either issue - recommedning a service engineer and provioding replacement operating instructions.

could you tell me what has replaced the profit 12000btu millenium air units. They have been sold out for some months now but I just read a comment suggesting they will not be back in stock. What are your alternatives with similar features/price range

Dear Sir or Madam
I have purchased one of your 12000btu split air conditioning units model No KFR-34GWX2.
While i had this in storage on of the indoor units was damaged beyond repair?
I have been trying to buy a replacement indoor unit but to no avail and i know that you have to use a compatible unit as they work on signals.
Please could you advise as to which if there are any compatible units or can i purchase a unit from yourselves.
