Hi Simon,

Just a note to say thanks very much for all your help. I am very impressed with your customer service and the way you helped me all the way through the installation of my Millenniumair 3.5, even to the point of phoning me at 9oc to answer a question. I appreciated your call the other day just to ask if everything was ok and ask if I had finished the installation.

There are several reasons why I purchased my air con from you and for your interest I will list some of them.

1 First I found you web site and read some of the articles, information and slide shows. I found the site to be friendly and straight talking. Obviously put together by someone who has a genuine interest in their product and doesn’t try to baffle you with bull.

2 I then phoned for some more advice and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, you spent a long time explaining how it all worked and what I would need to do.

3. The unit arrived exactly when you said it would and despite my initial worries, it was as simple to install as you promised.

I have attached some images of my installation in case you would like to use any of them (I know you probably have thousands of them but you never know).

Lastly, I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.

I’m overjoyed with the installation. Please feel free to give my
phone number to prospective customers, or publish this on your
website. I’’ve been particularly impressed with your infiinite
patience and willingness to answer lots of questions until I was
quite happy that the installation would look OK, with no exposed
wiring; and the fitting was neat, tidy, and again respectful of my
wibbles about it looking OK. And the price was better than anyone
else I contacted. Thank-you! :-)

Hello Simon

At last I have fitted the Milleniumair 12,00BTU inverter I bought from you
last week.

It’s doing its job well, and my snake room temperature is now completely
under control.
