Thank you for your enquiry.
With our Easy Fit Systems there is no requirement to have the condensing
unit above/below level with the internal unit.
Our easy fit pipe length on the DC Inverter is 5m long, and the outdoor unit
can be placed within this distance in any direction or at any height.
You may have seen the other large DIY company systems that have no oil separator making it
mandatory to place the external unit at least 1-1.5m below the internal
unit. Our systems have the oil separator and liquid receiver for “pump-down”
so can be placed anywhere within the pipe kit length.

I am interested in the 12000btu inverter easy fit system and have been looking at similar elsewhere and woukd like to know whther there are any limitations on the location of the outside unit, some i have viewed need to be located at least 1m below the internal unit and some are designed to be able to be sited above, below or level with the interior unit. Could you tell me if there are any specific requirements for this model?
